About

Since 2018 we’ve been a peaceful sanctuary away from the hustle & bustle of everyday's life. Our mission is to share accessible, feel-good movement that helps you manage your days with greater ease.

We don’t care whether you can balance on your hands or if you struggle to stand on one leg. We want to share practises that focus on how you feel rather than how you look & we want to make sure that you leave a class feeling better than when you arrived.

Over the last three years over 1000 people from across the world have practised Yoga at their own pace, wherever and whenever.

Vinyasa

Yoga

Vinyasa is a type of yoga that's dynamic and ever-flowing. It's literally a moving meditation. Instructors choreograph a sequence of yoga poses where each movement is linked to your breath and a pumping playlist, elevating your heart rate. “This is a good practice for people who like to move.”

Restorative

Yoga

If you live for the last 15 minutes of yoga class or dream of Savasana all day, then you’ll love a restorative yoga class.“ This approach activates your parasympathetic nervous system, i.e. the body’s rest-and-digest system.

Hatha

Yoga

Hatha yoga is all about the basics and a good intro to the slower side of yoga. You’ll move through a sequence of poses and hold each for a few breaths. Extremely good for people who do not have an active lifestyle or have long sitting desk job.

Yin

Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with seated postures that are held for longer periods of time. Yin can also be a meditative yoga practice that helps you find inner peace.

Prenatal

Yoga

Prenatal yoga is carefully adapted for "moms to be" and is tailored to women in all trimesters. It is one of the best types of exercise for expectant moms because of the pelvic floor work, focus on breathing, and bonding with the growing baby; prenatal yoga also helps mothers prepare for labor and delivery.

Anusara

Yoga

Anusara is a modern-day version of hatha yoga, most similar to vinyasa in that it focuses on alignment, but with more focus on the mind-body-heart connection. Anusara focuses on spirals and how each body part should be moving, and it's also known for its emphasis on heart opening.

Ashtanga

Yoga

In Sanskrit, ashtanga is translated as "Eight Limb path." Ashtanga yoga involves a very physically demanding sequence of postures. Ashtanga starts with five sun salutation A's and five sun salutation B's and then moves into a series of standing and floor postures.
