We at LivFitt constantly work towards providing you the best of Cosmetics in terms of design, quality and price and we always hope that what we deliver is liked and loved by you and all around you. To get this into action, we have set a proper procurement team which makes sure that the products on the website are of optimum quality and most reasonable price. Furthermore, we have set up a strict quality control which ensure that what we deliver is what we have promised. We take proper care to match the colors to the actual product which in itself is a major task. The quality control is in terms of quantity, quality and color. After all this, if still you are somehow now satisfied and wish to return, our terms of Returns/Exchange and Refund Policy are as follows:
Any order can be cancelled or changed only before it is cut. Once cut, we shall not be able to make any changes to the order. Please get in touch with us at support@livfitt.co or call us at with your order number in case you wish to make any changes.
If you find that there is any defect in the product or if an entirely different product has been delivered or the color is entirely different, kindly share a picture with the original product picture of the product ordered within 2 days of receiving the order at support@livfitt.co and we shall do the needful. Please note that we do not entertain any return requests on whatsapp and hence please drop in an email.
We shall not be able to take any returns for products which have been customised on order. They shall be eligible for return only if there is a major defect in it. Kindly share a picture of defect on support@livfitt.co in such cases.
Please arrange to send the product back within 7 days of having approved for return.
If your order contains products which were on discount or were on offer, we shall not accept returns unless there is some defect in the product or if a wrong product is delivered.
The product should be unused and in an original condition.
If an order is cancelled due to unavailability of the Product, the payment shall be refunded to the original source of payment. If there is any defect in the Cosmetics and a refund has to be made, it shall be done in the original source of payment or in the wallet in case of COD orders. Please note that the entire refund process takes approx. 10-15 days to be complete and we expect you to be patient for this time.
In case of multiple orders, a single product is returned and coupon code is applied, then the discount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Replacement
If a replacement product has to be delivered in place of the order due to any reasons, it shall take 7-10 days to process after receiving the return.
Due care is taken to put a right description of the color, weight, width and other specifications but sometimes there is a slight variation due to the nature of the Cosmetics. We shall not accept this as a criteria for return. If you need to be sure about any particular specification of the Cosmetics, kindly write to us at support@livfitt.co before making the purchase and we shall do our best.
