Eating Fresh: You should always consume fresh fruits and vegetables. Adding them to your daily diet provides you with all the necessary minerals and vitamins. 

Keep yourself hydrated: At least 2.5 litres of water should be consumed by you throughout the day. Water suppresses your hunger and prevents you from cravings.  

Regular checkups (deficiency): It is advisable to get a full-body checkup every 6 months. This helps you know about your medical issues and deficiencies at an early stage. 

Medical Assistance: Never take medicines for your health issues without consulting a doctor. Some medicines may have adverse effects you may not be aware of. It is important for you to know the substances you consume. 

Maintain a good sleep cycle: A good sleep pattern prevents you from being lethargic and keeps you full of energy throughout the day. This also encourages you to stay active and feel good.
